Waiting on Allison

Just a few more hours till Allison flies in to meet me! I can't wait to see her! We had such a wonderful time in Laos and Vietnam that I wish she could come along with me for the rest of the journey. Unfortunately she is interning in Hong Kong for the summer and then heading back to Canada for two more years of law school. For now however, we have a chance to spend a weekend in Xian climbing Hua Shan, one of Buhdism's five sacred mountains in China. I spent the entire day preparing for her arrival. A good bottle of white wine (hard to find in China), some fresh fruit and a room in a four star hotel for her first night in town. It should turn out to be another wonderful weekend in China!

For all of you doubters:
I live on 8th Brooklyn,NY. As you probably may not know, this area has been usurped by the "hillbilly" Chinese.
They have money, probably because they work like slaves, and want a better life. But, they are hands down the most disgusting people I ever seen.
Customs they bring:
1. Snot, and clearing thy lungs, they broadcast the love, then smoke a chinese marlboro.
2. Very stinky garbage, in little cheap plastic bags
3. Live on top, around and over each other.
4. Passive aggressive, bitter. They are predatory when it comes to subway seats. They have no regard to personal space, and pushing people out of their way.
5. Super tacky/yucky (when they are trying to upstage the Chans). They buy luxury Japanese cars, marble the exterior of their homes, but then they hang dry fish, and underwear laundry out their chrome stainless steel bar windows. (All windows have bars across them, you see, thats where the cash is.)
6. At home all lighting are fluorescent, and walls are white sheetrock. Bring the factory feel home for the holidays.
7. Semi-commerical residential. All chinese have a "side" business, that turns they property into either a trucking depot, 5c deposit warehouse, import business, raising rabbits, growing corn stalks on 5'x5' gardens, concreting any other open land, and building illegal apartments.
8. They cook some nasty stinking shit.
9. Absolutely no, I mean no, interaction with neighbors that are not Chinese.
10. Have a cut throat mentality, sadly, they cut each others throat.
